Urge your elected officials to accelerate the EITC restoration!

So it is heartening to hear Governor Christie promise to restore cuts to the Earned Income Tax Credit. The only problem? He’s waiting until 2014 to give struggling families this help.

Send a message to the Governor and Legislature that we can’t wait to restore this valuable tax credit.

Right now, the state Legislature is debating the proposed budget. Whether they make changes that benefit kids will depend, in large part, on how many people speak up in support of investing in children.
