Meet the partners of The NJ Food for Thought School Breakfast Campaign, a statewide partnership that includes New Jersey’s major education groups, the state Departments of Agriculture, Education and Health, anti-hunger advocates and national partners.
New Jersey has long lagged behind the rest of the country in providing school breakfast to needy children. But a growing number of New Jersey districts are changing the way they serve breakfast to reach more students, which improves student health, performance and behavior and leverages the considerable investment the state makes in public education.
