Heading off Hunger: A Snapshot of Child Nutrition in Newark

ACNJ, along with the NJ Partnership for Healthy Kids and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, will release a special report that explores the nutritional needs of children in New Jersey’s largest cities, available supports and recommendations to improve the nutritional health of Newark children. The free event will feature a presentation of the report’s findings, comments from Newark Mayor-elect Ras Barak and a panel discussion of nutritional issues, featuring other city, county and state leaders.
