Dear Supporter,
As a contributor to Advocates for Children of New Jersey, we’d like to invite you to become involved in advocating for preschool expansion on both the state and federal levels.
We are looking for champions like you to speak up for children on this critical issue. New Jersey has yet to fund a mandate in its school funding law to expand high-quality preschool to thousands of disadvantaged children across the state. To change this, we are holding a meeting of advocates on Sept. 11 at 2 p.m. at Legal Services, 100 Metroplex Dr., Edison, NJ.
We will discuss ACNJ’s advocacy and communications strategies and provide concrete ways for you to get involved, some of which require very little time commitment but can help us advance this critical issue for New Jersey’s children. Please let me know as soon as possible whether you are able to participate.
