The Star-Ledger’s Inside New Jersey cited Ceil’s three decades of advocating on behalf of New Jersey’s children, noting “If it has to do with children, Zalkind is on the case.” Grow NJ Kids: First Steps Toward Quality Child CareNew Jersey’s new effort to improve child care quality is a good first step, but needs to go farther to ensure that young children receive the best possible care during their most formative years, according to a new report by Advocates for Children of New Jersey.
