On December 12th, we celebrated the 25th anniversary of NJ Kids Count at NJPAC in Newark. View photos from the event and watch Cory Booker's video message.

In 1991, when ACNJ produced the 1st NJ Kids Count:

•  500,000+ kids were without health insurance

•  800 youth were locked up in overcrowded detention centers on any given day,

•  40,000 low-income kids ate school breakfast,

•  9 out of every 1,000 babies died before their 1st birthday.

Today:

•  75,000 kids are without health insurance,

•  Less than 300 youth are held in detention centers on a daily basis,

•  240,000 low-income kids eat school breakfast,

•  4 out of every 1,000 babies died before their 1st birthday.

Your gift today will make all NJ kids count!
