Salsa Scoop
And Now, We Break for the Pledge Drive
And Now, We Break for the Pledge Drive

We want to apologize in advance for those among our readers who are distinctly uninterested in our new user interface.
This blog has a few different audiences, partially overlapping but still well short of synoptic. (And judging by our Feedburner stats, their names are: mom, and dad.)
Some are DIA users; many others are not. Some are in the nonprofit tech space; others only touch it incidentally, and perhaps less from desire than from compulsion. Some are organizers, fundraisers or advocates who only care about technology's ability to extend their work; others are geeks who'd just as soon see code change the world.
Bottom line: we try to balance out the content so that it reflects the many ways we experience our world, and speaks to the many ways our readers experience theirs.
If you haven't yet heard it enough -- and trust me, you'll be hearing it more -- we're releasing our new user interface this week.
For the next few days, while the blog won't only be about Salsa, that'll be a disproportionate theme -- and perhaps a tiresome one for people not interested in the wares we peddle.
We get this.
But hey, you don't release a pathbreaking new user interface every day. We can't not brag about it on our blog.
So if you're a regular reader or subscribed to our feed even though you're not sweet on our CRM tool: thank you. Bear with us for a week or two here, and we promise this blog will shortly revert to a more characteristic topical jambalaya.
